Dr. Vaidy Jayaraman is a distinguished Chair Professor in the area of Supply Chain Operations, Data Sciences and Analytics. For the past 6+ years, he was also the Principal and Associate Dean at Great Lakes Institute of Management. Prior to joining Great Lakes, he was a tenure senior faculty at the School of Business Administration, University of Miami, Florida where he taught Supply Chain Operations and Analytics. He received his M.S in Mathematical Sciences and his M.B.A in Management from University of Akron, his M.S in Operations Research and his Ph.D. in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the Ohio State University, Ohio. In addition to his extensive consulting engagement with several Fortune 100 companies, he has more than 25 years of teaching and research experience and has several years of experience in teaching Executive Education. He has received numerous awards both in teaching and research He has published more than 100 journal articles and his work in the area of Supply Chains and Service Operations has been heavily cited by both researchers and practitioners. He has close to 11000+ citations of his work. He is quite passionate about administration and has taken on a leadership role both in the US and in India where he has demonstrated leadership and experience in inspiring colleagues and the ability to work with industry partners in domains of expertise including International Business, Strategy and Marketing. He has co-authored two books and is writing a third book in the area of Supply Chain Analytics and a Fourth in the area of Sustainable Management: Models and Public policy implications.

Dr. Fr. Casimir Raj S.J. specialized in Business Administration from St.Louis University, St. Louis, U.S.A.

He was the founder director of Loyola Institute of Business Administration(LIBA) and principal of Loyola College, Chennai. He extended his service to Xavier Labour Relations Institute(XLRI) as director .

Dr.Fr.Casimir Raj S.J. was a vibrant contributor in revising the administration of Loyola College, Chennai, during his various responsibilities such as vice principal, Rector and Principal between 1977 and 1986.

As an educationist, Dr. Fr. Casimir Raj S.J. has been associated with teaching marketing to the students for the past three decades in various institutions: XLRI Jamshedpur, St.Louis University Missouri and Wheeling Jesuit College Bhubaneswar. He was also director of XIM Bhubaneswar. A member of the American Marketing Association and a PhD from St.Louis University Missouri.  Dr. Fr. Casimir Raj S.J. is widely regarded as an authority in marketing with numerous publications to his credit.

Dr.M.Krishna Erramilli is Professor, Associate Dean, and Director of Graduate Business Programs at the Stuart School of Business, Illinois Institute of Technology ,Chicago, United States.

His 40 + years of professional experience spans North America, Africa and Asia. He worked in industry in India and Nigeria and taught in universities in the U.S. and Singapore.

Prior to joining Stuart, he was a faculty member and Associate Dean in the Nanyang Business School, Singapore ,one of the largest business schools in Asia.

Dr.Erramilli's doctoral work represented a pioneering analysis of the globalization of service firms. He has published his research in some of the world's leading journals. Dr.Erramilli's expertise is in the areas of marketing strategy, competitive strategy and global strategy.

He served as the chairman for the academy of International Business -United States Southwest. Over his career ,Dr.Erramilli trained hundreds if executives from American, European and Asian Multinational Companies, such as Samsung, Roche Diagnostics, Schering, Dupont, British Oxygen, DHL and KPMG.



Tushar has worked for global brands, with senior executives, in developing strategy, building businesses and delivering multi-million-dollar business transformation initiatives. He has an unique combination of skills including Actuarial, Six Sigma, Lean, MBA and Engineering. His experience spans strategy, operations, finance, marketing, risk management, engineering, nanotechnology, actuarial, analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning and deep learning. Tushar is an Actuary from the Society of Actuaries, USA. He is also affiliated with the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries, UK. He is a certified Six Sigma trainer. Tushar holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology, Mangalore University. He has a Dual Master’s in Electrical Engineering & Telecommunications and Networking Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Further, he has a Master’s in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University where he was the recipient of Kellogg’s Four Pillar Award for Intellectual Depth. He teaches at various institutions including the Indian Institute of Management, Indian Institute of Technology and National Rail and Transport Institute.

Dr. Antony Paulraj holds the Globalisation Professorship in Supply Chain Management at the Department of Entrepreneurship and Relationship Management, University of Southern Denmark, Kolding, Denmark where he teaches postgraduate and doctoral courses in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Prior to joining the University of Southern Denmark, he was a faculty at the Coggin College of Business, University of North Florida, Jacksonville, Florida, USA. He received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras and his Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from College of Engineering (Guindy), Anna University, Madras. He received his Ph.D. in Operations Management from Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio, USA. He has around 10 years of teaching experience and has taught at the undergraduate, Postgraduate, PHD and Executive MBA level. He also has experience in teaching postgraduate courses in many countries including United States, India, France, Sweden and Denmark. He has published more than 25 refereed journal articles. His primary research interests are in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, inter-organizational relationships, and sustainable supply chain management. Many of his papers are highly cited by research within supply chain management.

Prof Sridhar is a visiting faculty for Strategy, Consulting , HR, Sales Management at various B-Schools.

From 2012 to 2020, he was Adjunct Professor, Strategy Assistant to Founder & Chairman, Strategy Advisor, Director - Corporate Career Services, part of the Senior Management team in setting up the MBA Analytics program, Family Business Program and Atal Incubation Centre for start-ups (AGBI) at Great lakes Institute of Management, Chennai

Dr. Vasudha Prakash is a visionary educator, social entrepreneur and professional academician with more than 34 years of experience in the education and disability sector. After returning from the US, where she was a tenure-track faculty member, she started an NGO, V-Excel Educational Trust in Chennai, a pioneering initiative to provide lifespan, all-encompassing, services to persons with cognitive and developmental challenges.
V-Excel provided a fertile platform for a variety of progressive activities, from creating awareness and providing services, through developing research and documentation. V-Excel’s partners now include corporates, government agencies, other NGOs, institutions of higher learning and foundations. So far the organization has impacted and influenced more than 65,000 people affected by special needs. The V-Excel journey has facilitated the emergence of many philosophies and methodologies to create newer depths of understanding not only of people with special needs but also neurotypical people. A very gratifying culmination of V-Excel’s work has been that several people trained in the organization are now employed in well-paying and respectable jobs in the so-called “mainstream”. Dr. Prakash is constantly exploring innovative channels for inclusion and integration.
Under her guidance, the V-Excel Educational Trust now operates 10 centres in Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra. Her aspiration is to open as many centres as possible, in Tier 2 towns, to give access to the same quality of professional services for people in need there.

Prior to this, he was with Zee Network as CEO – South, where he was responsible for the launch of Zee Tamil TV channel and consolidating the Zee Telugu and Zee Kannada channels.

As President of T I Cycles of the Murugappa Group, he was instrumental in effecting a turnaround of the business in T I Cycles after taking charge in Apr 2005. Further, the blueprint for the business to move into retailing and E bikes was also put together under his leadership.

Earlier in the Murugappa Group, as Executive Director of EID Parry India Ltd, and CEO of the Parryware business, Ramprasad oversaw the rapid growth of their bathroom products business to reach the No.1 position in the sanitaryware market. Various expansion plans of over Rs.1 billion, entry into Taps business and transformation of the brand into a contemporary ambience were
executed successfully. It culminated in the tie up with ROCA, world’s largest sanitaryware company.

Prior to the successful stint of nearly 9 years with the Murugappa Group, Ramprasad was with Hindustan Unilever Ltd in sales and operations functions. He has also been associated with Sara Lee in India.

Ramprasad was the President of INCOSAMA (Indian Council of Sanitaryware Manufacturers) in 2002- 03 – the industry body of the sanitaryware manufacturers. He was President of the AICMA (All India Cycle Manufacturers Association) in 2006-07, the industry body of the cycle industry of India.
