Suresh Pugalenthi is a HR thought leader with 33 years of experience in managing
employee life cycle, Organizational Development / transformation, and Strategic
Industrial Relation in the Marketing, Refinery, and Engineering sector. Till
August 2023, Suresh was heading HR for India Operations with Wipro
Infrastructure Engineering (WIN) and driving people transformation agenda with
a focus on achieving strategic and operational excellence.
Prior to this, Suresh has worked in different roles and locations with
M/S Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited and played a pivotal role in
organizational transformation. During this period, Suresh has designed and
implemented various innovative HR/IR initiatives that have been recognized at
national & international forums such as SHRM, NHRD, SICCI etc.
He believes, Human centric innovation is the way of life and has
successfully adopted it in achieving organizational growth. He has also
published several articles and research papers in National/International
journals on change management initiatives.
He is a regular speaker at various conferences/ forums and likes
mentoring/coaching future leaders and start- ups.
Suresh is Founder and CEO of “H-First HR Solution India Pvt Ltd “ with
a focus on providing one stop HR Services for all HR needs of an organization
from Transactional to Transformational.
He is also Co- Founder and CEO of “Sparsh technologies Pvt Ltd
Suresh holds a Master’s degree in
Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social
Sciences (TISS) Mumbai and a Bachelor’s degree in Labour
Management from the University of Madras.
Innovation is one of his core strengths
for which he has been trained from the Harvard Business School.
